Terms of Service

The service

WorkofMe lets you claim a handle, build a profile, and publish it at a public address. Features can change. The core profile is free. If a paid feature is added later, the price and what it includes will be shown before you pay.

Your account

You sign in with Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn. You are responsible for the activity on your account. One person should not create accounts to misuse handles or evade a block. You can delete the account from the dashboard. Deletion removes the login, the profile, and the files stored for it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text, photos, resumes, and other material you upload. You give WorkofMe permission to host, display, and back up that material so the service can run, including showing a published profile to the public. You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe someone else’s rights.

Do not upload content that is illegal, that you do not have rights to, or that is meant to harass or deceive.

Handles

A handle is the name in your public address. Choose one you are entitled to use. Do not take a handle to impersonate another person, brand, or organization. We may refuse, reclaim, or change a handle that breaks these terms or is being held only to block someone else.

Connected accounts and AI

Connecting YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok lets WorkofMe read that account and show recent posts you choose to display. You can disconnect at any time.

AI drafts and resume reading are helpers. Check the result before you publish it. You are responsible for what goes on your public page.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Break the law, or help someone else break it, through WorkofMe.
• Probe, scrape, or overload the service in a way that disrupts it.
• Upload malware or try to take over another account.
• Misrepresent who you are on a public profile.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules.

Public pages

Publishing makes the visible parts of your profile available to anyone. Search engines may index it when you leave indexing on. You can unpublish, hide sections, or delete the account.

Availability

WorkofMe is provided as available. We may change, pause, or stop parts of the service. We do not promise that a profile will rank in search, that connected posts will always load, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, WorkofMe is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and contact
